No signal from monitor

Hello! I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and everything is working fine except when I try and run games, my two monitors randomly go black and I get the "No Signal" message from both of them. The only way I've been able to get them back online is to reboot the PC.
I'm not really sure what info is needed past that to help, I am a novice with computers and windows in general, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Steven, it could be your video card. Windows 10 locks up on me sometimes when I play Diablo3, which is a high-tech online game.
