Windows 10 No signal to monitor

Hey guys I really need help for my pc. Basically, after installing windows 10 I turn on the computer, and it works. But my TV which I run through HDMI to my computer shows and says "no signal". Please I could use any help possible. SIDE NOTE: when I turn on my computer my computer runs awfully quiet. For a few seconds I hear something get loud but then it dies down.

I am having that exact same problem. I just brought my computer to a repair shop. It won't reboot or show anything on the monitor.
