The automatic sample submission isn't necessary for security purposes. It doesn't hurt to have it on though. I have everything on.

I agree with BigFeet because there might be a virus that isn't in their data bank and uploading a sample will help everyone!.

Apart from Cloud Protection (I don't use Cloud apps as I don't trust them!), I have them all on!.
