A great job over a 4 year project, but.....
A sense of defeatism, glass half empty and leaking badly, after reading the article.
In summary.... it amounts to a game of Whack - A - Mole. Cut off one head and another grows

What an incredible scale! I'm surprised that only 5 people were arrested - I wonder how many people it took to run such a thing (were there more, or could just 5 people do that much damage)!?
