Outlook 2016 Search Not Working

Nothing I search is returning with valid results, always zero, within 30k+ emails. Yes, by default Outlook is checked in the index locations section.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Rebuild search index
2. Repair Office (online method)
3. Reboot PC
4. Update Outlook to Insider program
5. Ran SCANPST.EXE
6. Uninstall / Reinstall Office
7. Always confirmed index build is complete

Are you using the drop down options and have you selected "All Outlook Items"

Yes, I’m aware of those options but still doesn’t work.
