SOLVED Outlook won't send

I'm running Office 2013. Since the upgrade, I can't send anything to any of the three accounts I manage (2 IMAP and 1 outlook.com).

I get "Cannot connect to the network".

But the internet is there - and I can connect and send using a Windows 8.1 system (to the same accounts).

Anyone got any ideas?
