Just upgraded to win10. How do I add my picture to the welcome screen?

Try this......
Left click at the Start button > left side, click Settings > click Accounts > right side under Your picture, click Browse > navigate to the folder where your pictures are > select one > click Choose picture.

I tried that and I'm still getting that generic image on the welcome page.

Do you sign in with your Microsoft account ?

I don't have to login to my win10.

OK. You probably use the netplwiz option to bypass password login requirement, but that is not what I meant.

What I meant was, do you use a Microsoft account or a local account.

I think it's a local account but not 100% sure.
