Well this one seems to have gone better than my recent experience with the Slow Ring release

18965 installed and working. I have started using a RAmdisk chache of 20GB for my C and E partitions. Really speeds up most operations. Crystal Diskmark usingToshiba N300 4TB hd with the cache blows away the fastest SSD

Nothing to get excited about but there is an update to this build being offered today
UPDATE 8/22: Hello Windows Insiders, we have released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18965.1005 (KB4517787) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. This Cumulative Update is a little bit bigger as it is designed to help us test our servicing pipeline with larger updates. This update contains nothing new. We simply updated the version numbers of several components in the OS.

I discovered that the new version that will not install also adds 20 GB of junk files even after i use disk cleanup. Wondered why my C partition suddenly had the free space really messed up. Solution was to clone from my backup to recover my lost space. Thanks a lot Microsoft for making my life more difficult!

Preview Build 18970 installed and working. Also eats up extra 20 GB disk space.
