SOLVED Printer canon lbp 6230/6240 lost after 1903 Update

I have 2 computers with W 10 and canon LBP 6230/6240 printer that worked just fine via Wireless connection and now I can not use it

Installed copy with print test page return 0x000003e3 and reinstall failed

Both computers have the latest updates and behave similarly
