Word 2016 Printer Properties for Canon MG6120 wireless printer

I am unable to access the Printer Properties when functioning in Word 2016...help!

Is it only through Word? - What do you see in the settings - Devices - Printers? If there are no properties there, then the printer is needing drivers.

I would start by looking on their own site for any new drivers and/or user manual:

Haven't work with Word 2016 but in my 2013 it's on File, Print, chose a printer and just under that is Printer Properties. One could use the Settings, Devices and the printer of choice but many times any settings there can be overridden by Word or other programs.

My Canon 922 wfi, used with Word 2016 has the printer properties just as Bighorns picture
