Problem: We uninstalled old printer device (Epson xp-800) and reinstalled the windows 10 version from the website (three times), and when you look at devices it states it is a copy like it has overlayed previous attempts. Can not get test page to print, and on attached devices show in error before any attempt to print. Windows 10 does locate printer and installs software-it can see printer but can't print to it. Also, in each attempt rebooted PC, and also rebooted printer. Suggestions on where to go next, would be very much appreciated.
