My printer showing offline , how to switch to online? printer is on and have strong WiFi signal

Can you ping the printer?
Can you use your browser and http to the printer's IP address?
What printer is it..... Manufacturer, Model Name, Model Number, etc.,??
Have you tried a physical connection (USB) to the printer?
Do you have the latest drivers / full software package installed for the printer?
