Try to give more in specific, such as what email program do you use ?
Are you using the Mail app in Windows 10 ?
If yes, look at top right of the Inbox > do you see a 3-dot icon ?
If yes, click it open > Print option should be there.

If that is not what you meant, please elaborate.

Having the same problem. Can print the emails but not the attachment since I up graded to Windows 10. Any advice
