I'm using Win10 family version 21H2 build 19044.1348 and suddenly one of my speakers has no sound. I've tried following the instructions in a microsoft document on solving sound problems in win10 and run into the following problem. When I get to step 9 I'm told to restart the audio services. The first two go fine, but when I try the third, called RPC (my computer is in French so I'm translating here) call of distant procedure, the option to restart it is dimmed out and I'm stymied. I hoped that what I've already done would correct the problem but it hasn't. Can someone tell me what to do next?
