Read/Write permissions

I have access to all my folders and files thru Windows File Explorer, but when I try to change a setting in AutoCAD I get the above message. It all worked yesterday morning, but started to act up in the afternoon.
Any help would be appreciated.

Since my first post I discovered that all my folders default back to the Read-only mark shown above. Can anyone tell me what setting controls this?

Hi Bill,

have you checked the security options to make sure you have full access?.
