Screen Saver not waking up after KB4032188

Before update moving mouse or keyboard action would turn off screen saver. After update only way I find to turn off screen saver is Ctrl+Alt Del. Than when menu appears select cancel. Anyone have any ideas. The show lock screen upon wakeup in screen saver is not selected.

You may want to check whether during updating some default settings have been adjusted which causes your mouse to effectively sleep too. Especially, it its running via USB port.

Just type power & sleep settings in your search field and press Enter key then in the Settings app that opens on the right side click on Additional Power settings and check your current power plan to see whether any items have been changed from your previous settings.

I have exact same problem since the last update. The solution below your post did nothing for me.
