Search for Photo Tags fails

Using the search box in the upper right of a folder used to find Photo tags that had been added to the photo. I probably did this with Win 7 before the upgrades.

I searched for Photo tags today (Win 10 upgrade 1511,10586) and no tags were found. Viewing via Properties showed them to be present.

Any ideas ?
