Select keys not working after running WuMgr v1.1

The issue show up after running update manager v1.1b and by default "hide update page" option is enabled in the application, so it hides the page in windows settings. Now after removing the tick mark in the box got back windows update page in settings but selected keys as o, l, 0, 9 are not working and entries in regedit for 'update manager for windows' still exit. The issue is related to update manager as after unselecting hide update page option and reboot the key works for seconds time, soon after key press stops from working.

Windows 10 Pro 1903. As updates create added issues did not prefer it but if any specific update/upgrade to newer version solves then would consider it.

Currently version 2004 is current, you are 2 versions behind so I recommend the upgrade first!.

After removing WuMgr the keys were working for the session but after shutdown and reboot next day again the keys stopped working. So think the entries in regedit for 'update manager for windows' that still exit is causing the issue 1. How to remove WnMgr from registry and 2. Do upgrade to higher version confirm solves the issue?
