I liked my windows 7 background, bar, and text colors. I've been trying to duplicate it through "personalize", without much success.
I want the basic frame to be light yellow, and the main field (desktop) on which I work, to be white, and the text at all times to be black.
Now, occasionally, the text is light yellow until I point on it, at which time it turns black.
Also, I have a multi-colored picture on my desktop. The text under the icons needs to be white inside a black frame, so I can see it on either snow-mountain or dark water.
Please help.
