Sound/Audio issue

I just got windows 10 finished and everything but I can't hear anything and my computer isnt picking up my headset or external speakers. I have an (X) over the sound icon in the notification tray and "Troubleshoot sound problems" isn't giving me anything..

What's make/model of your system? Have you tried reinstalling the sound driver for your mobo?
