System Lockup

I bought a new computer with Win 10 installed. In the process of setting it up and before I established a logon account, I left the computer for a few minutes and it went to sleep. Since it had no account to use for login, it created "defaultuser0" and locked itself. When I moved the mouse, it asked for the password for that account. Since I did not create it, I couldn't provide it. Told me to see the Administrator (that would be me!) Restarting just brings you back to the default user logon and no way to change users (maybe because there aren't any!). Anyone knows of a solution to this problem?
