SOLVED Text changed to ASCII code

Hi
I upgraded from win7 to win10 v.1903 and all text font changed into ascii codes . and now i see ascii codes in search too, please see movie & pictures attached and help me , thanks

The second picture looks as if somehow the Pc has managed to select some weird font family.

Yes, persian and japanese

I haven't seen it happen in awhile but some time ago such an upgrade with other languages could cause a problem when changing versions of the operating system. Last case I encountered ended up with a clean install followed by adding languages.
