Text to speech Microsoft reader

last week I needed a text to speech reader und found Microsoft reader, which was installed already.

But for me the usability is weakly.

Do you know software, in which the Microsoft reader is integrated with more comfort?

This text to speech app with the name microsoft reader has good voice.

But the navigation is only possible with hot-keys and the read text is not marked.

Often it is a strategy of software companies to show such free and having a other product with more comfort.
