The Window Tab Keeps Disappearing

Okay, I recently purchased a new computer / tablet. It is a NuVision TM101W625L. The tablet runs Windows 10. Now I have never used Windows 10 before. So I don't know if the issue that I am going to ask you guys about, is common. When ever I have a Tab opened. Like a web browser, a software program, settings etc. Randomly, when I move the cursor, the whole tab will disappear. So I then have to reopen the window, in order to see it. The tab window doesn't close our completely, it just quickly disappears, back into the bottom - bar. Has any one else had this issue? Please tell me there is a way to fix it. I can't use the computer like this. It is driving me crazy! I want to be a to surf the internet, without the browser window, disappearing. Any advice is appreciated.
