Would like opinions on whether it is still better to block third party cookies.....I think they are usually harmless, I think....

the built in Defender and Firewall perform all of those functions automatically. If the user cares to, the apps can be opened and even further security applied.
Iceboy's App piggybacks this operation and, undeniably, makes the task simpler for the average users

I didn't know that and will have to investigate those functions.

I use Privacy Badger (default settings OOTB) and it seems to work OK.

Third-party cookies are blocked in my browser. I'm having trouble loading websites. It still won't open any USA sites in Pakistan despite allowing cookies.
