My computer is Unable to start and enter my password to my it, this problem is facing while I'm trying to modify startap in system configuration. I know where the problem is but I can't enter the password and access the system configuration options.
Please could suggest me how to restore or bypassing the password enquairy and access all the data.

IF I understand your question correctly and you are dealing with a BIOS password, then.....
You will need to contact Dell Support, provide the device express service code and service tag, verify ownership and I believe that they can generate a single use override code to reset the system BIOS to a blank password.
