Update 1511 no apps working

Hi!
After updated to 1511 on my PC the apps in the large boxes are no longer Active, only Edge are Active. Can anyone give me som help how to get them Active again?

Create a new user account as a member of the local administrator's group (not a standard user).
Log off from your account and log on as the new user, test and see if the problem apps work with the new user account.
