Updates failing to install:

since Oct.11 till today (Nov 10) the cumulative update for Windows 10 version 1073 for x64-based systems (KB4041676) fails to install. How can I solve this?

Download it from the WU update Catalog, run the Delta after the full version. You can also download the ISO or create an Install USB from MS MCT this is the full version of FCU. What you do is create the USB media and run and in place upgrade from the USB. Just be sure to check the keep my files and folder etc. this way solves most install issues unless your having a hardware issue or driver issue for some of your hardware.
