SOLVED Updating Error

When doing updates I keep getting the following error message even though only Office 2010 is installed. Any quick fix would be appreciated. Thank you.

You might check the thread below and see if it might help. The comment about installing an alternative to certain software may get you past the problem.

Your tip got me to a forum where the suggested fix is to install a 2007 PP viewer.

The update then proceeded normally.

Attention Mr MS, two wrongs shouldn’t make a right however!
