USB Keyboard and mouse stop working randomly

Hey!
After I installed Windows 10 from windows 8 I couldn't use my mouse and keyboard it works when I restart my computer, but after almost 10 minutes it stops working again. I tried switching usb ports and update mouse and keyboard drivers, but it didn't help. So, I don't have any ideas, how to solve this problem, please help me!

Try clearing CMOS. I had keyboard issues when trying to get into safe mode in W10, and clearing CMOS resolved them.
