I am running a demo program. There are two main components of the demo that simulate a navigation equipment's display. The first component tries to install a data screen, but fails with the error message "V_EFD STOPPED" The second component runs without any problem.

Without knowing what the program is or having any debug logs to look at or the program itself to debug manually, there's really not anything anyone can do for you. Your post lacks all of the requirements needed in order to physically help you out on this issue. A quick google search for that error message provided nothing useful either.
