VPN's and Windows 10 Apps

When using PureVPN, Windows 10 Instagram and Facebook Apps will not refresh, they both report "No internet Access". Using a browser for both these services work fine, so, what is the issue with the Apps? Not blaming the apps, PureVPN is the problem, but would be interested to know why? PureVPN Support is a joke, they never fix this problem.

Latest from PureVPN Support. Disable IP6 and flush the browser.

Not using IP6 or a browser..
