Outlook (365) refused to open the other day so I couldn't do simple things like export my OST to pst. Online I can buy a converter but really, why should I. Microsoft have chosen to use OST rather than PST so the least they can do is provide a means of converting their files.
As a result, although I have my original OST file they weren't recovered using Scanpst.exe (perhaps the clue is in the name?) and I have now lost my calendar and my old profile.
This really isn't good enough. I have used Outlook for years but now, a serious alternative has to be sought.
