I am using a Windows 10 home laptop with all the latest updates loaded on an Acer Predator PH315 with a built in webcam. When launching the camera app in widows I get a mediacapturefailedevent 0x80070018 error. None of my webcam software programs can access the webcam.
Does anyone know hot to fix this? The issue has hundreds of post on Microsoft's website with no resolution found.
