When windows10 comes up, boots past initial screen then the circle just spins and spins for days.

I suspect that if, as you suggest in your thread title that this issue has been going on "for days", you'll likely need to boot from the installation media and choose the "Repair your PC" link to access the Troubleshooting -> Advanced Troubleshooting -> Startup Settings, to restart your computer in Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking to see if it will boot with minimal drivers and services.
