Where are blocked call numbers stored on an Android phone?

Hello,

I have a OnePlus Nord10 5G Android phone, running Android 11.

I have blocked many spam calls on my phone.

I am trying to find out where those blocked numbers are stored internally on my phone.
I have asked this question in Android forums, but no one seems to have the answer.

If your numbers are saved in your Gmail then you can find them through google backup.
