Where exactly is the Windows PowerShell to be located anyway? I don't mean the command prompt but the powershell. It's hard to find/locate!

If you are using build 10130............
Right click at Start > the popup box will list Windows PowerShell and Windows PowerShell (Admin)

If you use an older build......
enter PowerShell in the search box > it will appear at the top of the popup box.
You can also find it at All apps list.

Could be different, on alternative setups, but, in the default installation, I find it by scrolling down in All Apps to Windows System -it is in there for me. If you want it to replace the Command prompt, right click the taskbar and "Navigation" tab. The option is there.
