Win 10 won't upload photos to nowhere

Hello!

I'm trying to upload photos through different apps: Whatsapp (for PC), Google drive, Gmail - but it just stays in the infinite statue of "uploading".

The internet works fine - I can access sites and even download, but not upload.

Pc specs:

Yoga-920-13IKB
Intel core i7-8550U
Win 10 Home x64

I would appreciate any help and suggestions!

Usually a destination is needed to be specified such as a Folder on your computer or maybe OneDrive, DropBox, etc.

I don't really understand your reply... I'm trying to upload files from my computer to (for example) my private google drive. It just won't upload. The same in Whatsapp - sending pictures is impossible, and uploading an image file in gmail is impossible too.
