Where is the WinCmdRef for windows 10?

    The existing file is downloadable, but it is an outdated .chm that does not contain functions that can be referenced from a Windows 10 command line.

    Has anyone found a Windows Command Reference for Windows 10 anywhere on Microsoft's support site?
