Hello,
When making calls on my laptop, recently the Win 10 microphone setting level mutes itself randomly.
Could not solve the problem.
What I already tried without success:
- Used different headsets/make with USB and without USB plugs.
- Reinstalled/Installed the latest Realtek (64 bit) driver for the laptop.
- Run different malware program scans by Malwarebytes, Avast, AVG and Spybot.
On a different Win10 laptop with the same microphone settings and the same headsets, the microphone level stands continuously as pre-selected without getting mute by itself. No problem here as described.
Any idea?
