After sitting idol pc sleeps, but wont wake , unless re boot every time any fix in yet
win 10 wont wake

Hello and welcome to the forum.
The first thing you need to do after performing the upgrade is check with the PC Manufacturer and or Motherboard Manufacturer and confirm that you have all the latest updates for all your installed hardware, including BIOS, Chipset, Storage Controllers, etc., etc.,
I've all but given up on trying to resolve some of these power plan settings issues as every PC, especially laptops have their own unique problems, some of which seem to be impossible to accurately diagnose and resolve.
