Hi all, I got win10 free upgrade on my laptop from original win7 . I want to format my hard drive so my query is, how can I get win10 back on my laptop as I have no product code for it. Even the product code for win7 is almost non existent now on bottom of laptop. Cheers

Just use the media creation tool, acquire the ISO and from that create bootable installation media.

Download Windows 10

Boot the system from that and when you get to the part where it requests a product key, simply click the link that says you don't have one.
After the installation is complete Windows 10 will activate automatically.
Just make sure that you use installation media that matches the version you currently have installed.

Once Win10 is activated you get a Digital License, a clean install should activate when online. Only time I've had to enter a Win7 Pro key was when changing from Home to Pro on Win10.
