How to install Win10 after factory Win7 reset

I want to do a factory reset on notebook which came with Win7 and was upgraded to Win10 when offered. Once I do the reset how do I reinstall Win10.?

Thanks for the quick reply. will a reinstall wipe any present files/documents/ etc. which is what I want to do since maybe selling it. Where can I download the latest win10 version as mine is the free original release upgrade?
