Windos 10 upgrade fails

Hello every one

I need help with frequent fail when upgrading my windows 8.1, 64 bit, fully updated to win 10 Home.

Firs, It says it's downloading win 10 in the background .... much time, see image below

Once I click on "Veiw download progress", it switches to windows update window, downloading windows 10, then it shows failed, image is below:

I tried the second method of upgrading, which is to download the tool for windows 10 upgrade, download the ISO, mount the iso or burn it into USB, open the setup file follow the instructions.
Once it starts installing windows, it reaches around 25%, a message pop-up saying FAILED, image is below:

What is the solution please,
