I finally sucked it up and switched to 10 and the 255 White is too much.
Worse is my second monitor, NEC using an AMD graphic card switched back to the surface of the sun as soon as i click on anything on that monitor.. I can open AMD catalyst and lower the gamma, brightness and contrast but as soon as anything is active in that monitor it is back to insane bright.
This is something new,, sis not do it yesterday,, nothing changed. Any ideas,, I am surprised by all the glitches in 10.
Also,, is there any software to change the background of excel, word, chrome, explorer, etc from 255/255/255 to say 230/230/230.
No interest in dark mode,,, it ruins as many things as it fixes.
