Windows 10/11 arm64 drivers for CYW43455 Wireless LAN

Hello all if you did not know I am a raspberry pi fan And I have one of my own. So I thought I would bring this up as know one else has done anything about it. The rpi4 has a WLAN/bluetooth uart module, but there is no windows 10 driver. They refuse to release one so I was wondering if its possible to rebuild the Linux driver. (I'll attach links in next post)

Why you want to use Microsoft Windows for ARM processors? There are many Linux variations much superior than MS Windows. If using MS Windows for Word Document & Excel & Powerpoint, then re-think again with LibreOffice (latest versions pretty good) as an option.
