Windows 10 a non-starter for me due a Ralink problem

My HP 250 G3 J8K62PA//ABG appears to be non compatible because the installed Bluetooth Audio Bus Device, Ralink Corporation have not issued a Windows 10 update.

I have tried a number of times to get an answer from the manufacture but they have not replied.

Has any user had this problem and been able to fix it?
