Windows 10 address book

I am new to windows 10 and have two questions.
(1) how do I find my address book which I had on 8.1 ?

(2) when I press the @ key, I get the " key sign. I remember this same fault occurred originally on 8.1 but you sorted it out.

I would really be glad for some help here.

I believe things got "migrated" to the Peoples app..at least that's where I found all my contacts.
Click the Windows key...and look for that app...click to open and see if the contacts are in there.

Hi Bif, thanks for trying to help. I followed your suggestion but no good, probably because I am such an amateur on computer. Will keep searching. Cheers.

The mail, calendar and people apps are joined at the hip.
Have you configured your email account within the new Windows Mail App?

Have you checked your Control Panel Region and Language / Input method settings to confirm that you have them configured correctly.
