SOLVED Windows 10. ALl files suddenly Read Only. Tried several fixes. No luck.

I dont know what more to say other than I cannot access and change my files all of a sudden. I DO see that in "Special Permissions" area I cam unable to check the box. This is devastating to my business!!! Please help! Live in country and no computer fix it people are open and very far away.

Ransomware in AVG Antivirus had blocked word and excel. WHY in the world are there so many extended "fixes" out there? For 2 days tried all these long fixes. If anyone has this problem, I hope to save you time. Go to your antivirus, then under ransomware, and uncheck Word and Excel.
