SOLVED Windows 10 claims no audio playback devices are installed after sleep.

Every single time I switch monitor inputs from one input to another, Windows 10 claims no audio playback devices are installed after sleep. I am forced to restart the machine for my playback devices to come back. Windows 10 is fully updated as well as the drivers. For Windows 10, I'm using a desktop pc connected to my monitor with a DisplayPort cable. For my other input that I switch to and from, an HDMI cable connected to a game console with the same monitor. Also, I had this problem before reinstalling Windows 10 from scratch and I have it again.
